Welcome to the Plainview Elementary Health Office
Hello! My name is Barbara Herrell and I am the nurse for Plainview Elementary. I am starting my 37th year in nursing and have been a School Nurse with Rutherford County since 2004. My background includes Critical Care Nursing, in a Medical ICU in Miami and an Open Heart ICU at Duke University. I moved into school nursing so that I could work with children and change my focus to health, wellness and prevention.
