PARENTS: I have some information for you from JHA regarding Santa photos. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Reply if you have any questions. THANK YOU!
1. A link should be sent out THIS AFTERNOON to your email for you to order Santa pictures. I am not sure what time, exactly, those links will be sent. If you have received emails from JHA with previous pictures, it will be similar.
2. If you do NOT receive an email link, please call JHA directly at 615-893-9660 so they can add your email and send it to you.
3. To request a sibling picture, go into one of the children's links sent to you to select a product and then when you go to check out, there is an extra step where you have to fill out Students First name, Last Name, Grade and Teacher. In that area you should type all children's names. JHA will see that and it will be on the report they print out for picture day.
4. The cut off for online orders is Wednesday 11/15 at 5pm. This gives them time to get the report for who needs Santa pictures to us so we know who to pull.
